1. What is the difference between an original, a print and an order?

All paintings are original, handmade works of art. Prints are reproductions of original works of art. To create a print, photographs are taken off the original artwork and printed. These prints are signed, with a unique edition number. As for the commissions, they are always original since they are unique.

 

 

2. Can I personalize an order?

 

Of course you can! To do so, you need to fill in a contact form with information, what you have in mind, measurements, etc., and then we will work together on the project.

 

 

3. Can I add a note to the order, for a gift?

 

Of course you can! Add the word in the order in the details to be provided, otherwise you can always send an email to laura@niarkniark.com within 24 hours, with your order number, so I can add it.

 

 

4. Is a frame included in the price?

No. For the moment, paintings and prints are sent without frames. Orders with frames will be available soon and information will be updated on the website.

 

 

5. Where is the delivery information?

 

Information about the timing of deliveries can be found on the 'Deliveries' page. Otherwise, all information is provided during checkout. If you have any unanswered questions, please feel free to send a request via the contact form or directly to laura@niarkniark.com

 

 

6. Can I track my order?

 

Not yet, but order tracking is on the top 10 list of things to do quickly. Information on the availability of order tracking will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

 

 

7. Can I change my delivery address?

 

If you made a mistake when you entered the delivery address, please send an email to laura@niarkniark.com within 24 hours, with the subject "DELIVERY ADDRESS ERROR". After 24 hours, the shipment may have been made, hoping that the package will be returned to me for incorrect address. I will keep you informed.

 

 

8. Are returns accepted?

Yes, if you wish to return an order, please send me an email so that we can discuss the return process. More info on returns on the Terms and Conditions page.

 
 
9. Are there international deliveries?

Yes, the cost of delivery for international shipments is calculated directly at the time of payment validation. Most deliveries are made by Colissimo International.
